Description

cMAX’s SAD series is a VRLA AGM (absorbed glass mat) type battery in which all of the electrolyte is absorbed into the positive plates, negative plates and the separators. Coupled with the use of special sealing epoxies and long sealing paths for posts, cMAX’s SAD series has exceptional leak resistance and can be used in any position. There is no corrosive gas generation during normal use and no need to check the specific gravity of the electrolyte or to add water during the service life. SAD series offer 5 years full maintenance free design life. With optimum design and good reliability, this series is ideally suited for security and alarm systems, UPS systems, emergency lighting systems and other small backup applications.

Description

cMAX’s SGD series is a gelled type battery designed for high-reliable, maintenance-free operation. It is ideally suited for both UPS and off-grid solar and wind applications. Due to the high-tech gelled electrolyte, gel batteries are completely leak and spill proof for easy installation in virtually any position, even under water. It prevents ultra-deep discharge and acid stratification damage. A pressure control valves maintains critical internal pressure while safely discharging excess gas generated during overcharging thus ensuring longer battery life. cMax batteries are 100% tested for highest performance. cMAX’s SGD Series, with its proprietary grid alloy and paste formulation, provides superior performance in both high cycling and floating applications. By combining the newly developed Nano Gel electrolyte with high density paste, SGD series offers high recharge efficiency at very low charge current. The acid stratification is highly reduced by adding Nano Gel.

It prevents ultra-deep discharge and acid stratification damage. A pressure control valves maintains critical internal pressure while safely discharging excess gas generated during overcharging thus ensuring longer battery life. Some of the special advantages of the SGH series are: Full recovery from deep discharge, even when battery is not recharged immediately; Ideally for high-cycling applications (daily cycling); Excellent deep-cycling performance; Good tolerance for high temperatures; Reduced self-discharge;Improved charge acceptance due to low internal resistance; Ultra stable polymer separator with glass mat for increased performance; High resistance to shorting due to superior mechanical strength of polymer separator; Can be discharged even when full recharge has not been achieved, without loss of capacity.

Ritar OPzV series is a Valve Regulated Lead Acid (VRLA) battery that adopts immobilized GEL and Tubular Plate technology to offer high reliability and performance. These batteries are designed and manufactured according to DIN standards and with die-casting positive grid and patent formula of active material. OPzV series exceeds DIN standard values with more than 20 years floating design life at 25℃ and is even more suitable for cyclic use under extreme operating conditions.
